Expect Tuesday night to be warm & muggy and the humidity will be around for the first half of Wednesday. Showers and storms will arrive in the late morning and early afternoon. Right now widespread severe weather isn't expected but a few storms could have some gusty winds. The best chance for that action will be in the south as they'll have a better chance to warm up through the day. Those storms are coming with a cold front and after it pushes south of the area we'll see cooler & drier air taking hold by day's end.
Thursday and Friday look darn near perfect with plenty of sunshine, low humidity and highs in the upper 70s and low 80s.
There's a slight chance for a pop-up shower or storm on Saturday afternoon. We have a better chance of seeing scattered showers & storms on Sunday. Out behind that system another shot of cooler than average air - and lower humidity - will take hold. Expect another taste of fall early next week.
