A great Sunday is ahead after another picturesque Miami Valley Saturday! High temps will warm up by just a few degrees, and humidity levels will stay manageable. A cold front is approaching, though, and we may have a few quick showers and non-severe storms in the late afternoon and evening.
The first week of August will start on a stormy note as the cold front sweeps across Ohio Monday evening. This will allow a few scattered thunderstorms to develop, but severe weather is not very likely. By Tuesday, partly cloudy skies will return, with highs in the low to mid-80's.
A small disturbance will move through the Great Lakes on Wednesday, which will bring more clouds and a chance for scattered rain. Thursday will feature drier conditions before our next low pressure system arrives Friday evening, bringing a chance for a few showers and storms leading into next weekend.
