A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 9:00 P.M. Friday to 7:00 P.M. Saturday.
We're tracking another winter system headed into the weekend. Snow arrives Friday night and turns to a wintry mix by Saturday afternoon when temps get above freezing before turning back over to all snow Saturday evening. We are expecting some accumulating snow into Saturday. Right now around 1-3" (with a few spots getting up to 4") are possible along and south of I-70. In the north 3-5" (with a few spots getting up to 6") are possible.
Sunday will be cold but clouds break up allowing for some sunshine but it'll be frigid. A little warmer Monday with partly cloudy skies. On Tuesday we'll see a few early snow showers. Wednesday & Thursday will be partly cloudy to clear with highs in the upper 20s and low to mid-30s.
