UPDATE: Four Confirmed Dead in Kettering House Fire
KETTERING--Tonight the feeling on Craig Drive in Kettering is one of total sadness, after four people died in a house fire.
The victims were identified as Forrest Carroll, 76, Alicia Carroll-Mobley, 36; Shaun Mobley Jr., 4, and Jacob Mobley, 2 years old.
"It's just so sad." Neighbor Ashley York said. "It's hard to lose your family in any manner, but this is worse because its just so horrible and unexpected ." She added.
Forrest Carroll was found dead outside of the home, while Alicia Carroll-Mobley and the young boys were found inside once the fire was put out.
Alicia's husband, Shaun Mobley and two daughters, a 3rd grader at Indian Riffle Elementary and an 8th grader at Kettering Middle School were able to escape the fire and are in the hospital.
"Our hearts really go out to them. We really hope that they can come together as a family and find some solace." York said.
Friends of the family have taken to social media to help the surviving family members.
A donation drive is scheduled for Saturday December 21 at Indian Riffle Elementary School from 1-4pm.
Friends are asking for clothes and gift cards to help them get through this extremely difficult time.
"It's so horrible because its the Christmas season." York added. "This is the time we are supposed to be with our families."
Donations can also be made to the "Mobley Family Fund" at any 5th Third bank.

KETTERING -- The Ohio State Fire Marshal's Office has confirmed they have recovered three additional bodies from the house fire on Craig Drive.
A fourth body, recovered earlier Thursday morning, brings to four the number of fatalities from the fire at 1963 Craig Drive, reported by a neighbor just before 4 a.m. Thursday.
According to a neighbor, who called 911, two young boys and their mother were upstairs asleep when the fire started and didn't make it out. Two girls and the children's father were able to escape, the neighbor said on the 911 call.
Three confirmed Missing in Fatal House Fire
KETTERING -- The State Fire Marshals Office says that three people remain unaccounted for following a fire that has claimed one life and injured another.
The Craig Drive blaze began early Thursday morning and destroyed one house and damaged two neighboring houses.
The Kettering Fire Department confirmed the fatality, who they believe was the grandfather of the family living in the home.
Michael Duchesne of the State Fire Marshals Office says there are three people who are unaccounted for as of Thursday morning.
He said three people are believed to have escaped the flames; one of them was injured.
Duchesne say the home collapsed into the basement, "so it's going to be a long day and we may not know more until later in the day."
The Fire Marshals Office, Kettering Police and Fire departments and the Montgomery County Coroner's Office are investigating the fire.
At Least One Person Dead in Kettering Fire
