UPDATE: Fifth Suspect Sought in Overnight Pursuit of Stolen Vehicle
WARREN COUNTY -- Police are asking a fifth suspect in the early morning pursuit to turn himself in after four others were caught fleeing from a stolen vehicle.
Warren County deputies say they saw a stolen Honda CRV on southbound I-75 in Franklin Township.
A pursuit ensued down I-75, onto State Route 63, through the City of Monroe then back into Warren County. The chase ended, deputies say, at a dead end in Franklin Township.
Warren County deputies say five males fled on foot. Deputies were joined by Middletown and Monroe officers in the foot pursuit, and four of the five suspects were soon caught.
Deontay Roberson, 20, is suspected to be the driver during the pursuit. He is charged with failure to comply, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property, possession of drugs and improper handling of a firearm.
Michael Roberson, 18, is charged with obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
Deontay and Michael are brothers.
The other two apprehended individuals are juveniles and were charged and incarcerated. The fifth occupant was not apprehended or identified at this point.
The CRV was reported stolen about 6:30 p.m. Monday at an apartment complex on Patterson Road in Kettering.

Four Suspects Caught After Overnight Chase
WARREN COUNTY -- Police have captured four suspects this morning after an overnight chase. It started after a stolen car was spotted in Warren County.
The chase ended at the intersection of Gregory Drive and Naldo Lane in Middletown. Police say the chase lasted about 15 minutes and reached speeds of 80 mph.
The suspects are two adult brothers and two children, who reportedly stole someone's car about 6:30 p.m. Monday at an apartment complex on Patterson.
According to police, the four suspects approached the victim at gunpoint demanding his wallet, cell phone and car keys and they took off in his car. Police say it appears the thieves were looking for an easy target.
The driver wasn't injured.
About 2 a.m. Tuesday, an officer in Warren County reported spotting the stolen car on I-75 and attempted to pull it over but the driver took off, starting that chase. That driver led police through Warren and Butler counties.
The chase ended in Middletown about 15 minutes later when the driver hit a dead end and all four took off on foot.
Police say they were able to catch all four suspects with the help of a K-9 unit. Police say all four suspects are from the Dayton area.
Warren County authorities aren't yet sure where the suspects will be taken to jail. We are working to learn more information.
