Lenoir Indicted on 2 Murder Charges
DAYTON -- A Montgomery County grand jury has indicted Heaven Lenoir, 25, and her boyfriend Matthew Henderson, 29, for the June 29 death of Heaven Lenoir's 4-year-old daughter, Alonza.
The Montgomery County Office Prosecuting Attorney Mat Heck Jr. reported that Dayton Police were called to Lenoir's residence at 19 Five Oaks Ave. after a call to 911 reporting that Alonza had fallen down stairs and was not breathing.
Heaven Lenoir was indicted on two counts of murder and three counts of endangering children. Henderson was indicted on one count of endangering children.
Lenoir and Henderson remain in Montgomery County Jail on a $1 million bond. Their arraignments are set for July 12.
