CJ beats Purcell Marian 41-14
HUBER HEIGHTS -- Chaminade Julienne improved to 4-1 with a 41-14 win over Purcell Marian.
The Eagles gave up a 45 yard touchdown run on the game's opening drive but after that it was all CJ.
Junior quarterback and Akron commit Jacob Harrison connected with Top 22 selection Zach Burneka on a 26 yard touchdown to take a 7-6 lead.
Harrison only threw for 173 yards leaving him 77 shy of CJ's all-time career passing record. He also chipped in 117 yards on the ground.
In the second half Antwand Wilson did most of the work for the Eagles. In the game Wilson ran for 103 yards on 21 carries with four touchdowns.
