Eight New Tenants Announced at The Greene; Management Hinting at More
BEAVERCREEK -- More stores are coming to The Greene.
Within the next few months, The Greene will welcome eight new tenants, including one store expansion.
Committed to meeting customer needs, The Greene listens to the center’s over 8.6 million annual visitors and over 27,542 Facebook fans to deliver the best experience. This results in The Greene maintaining its status as the region’s center of choice by providing more of what visitors want and love.
“We have always been driven by the desire to serve the community and our customers. Understanding the market is critical to the success of any center. Our retailers are carefully selected to better serve our customers and meet the needs of the area,” explained Steve Willshaw, General Manager of The Greene.
What to expect in the first half of 2013:
• Salons @ The Greene II will have an expanded store that opened in January 2013. The Salons @ The Greene II introduced 13 additional luxury suites at the new address, 82 Magnolia Lane, which is near the original location.
• Hot Mama is an upscale fashion boutique for moms offering casual chic designer clothing and premium denim. It will open in June.
• Buckle will open in June. Buckle offers brand-name designer jeans, clothes, and accessories including brands like BKE, Hurley, Miss Me, Obey, Sinful, and more.
The Greene already has more than 20 restaurants, and will enhance those offerings by welcoming two restaurants to the mix this summer:
• Crazy Mango is a locally owned restaurant scheduled to open in April. Crazy Mango will offer international eclectic dishes including Italian-style pizzas, gourmet burgers, hand-cut fries and curry dishes.
• Pies & Pints doesn’t just serve pizza, they also serve sandwiches, salads and desserts. From the Trappist monasteries of Belgium and artisanal breweries around the U.S., Pies & Pints also assemble a collection of handcrafted beers.
• New service offerings will include Woodhouse Day Spa, with a grand opening scheduled for mid-March, and Fusion Health chiropractic that opened this month.
• Woodhouse Day Spa is dedicated to enhancing a person’s well-being by providing a journey to relaxation and rejuvenation.
• Balance the body, mind, and emotions at Fusion Health Center.
“The expansion of The Salons, the addition of six new retailers, and a health and wellness office further solidifies The Greene’s brand as the preferred destination for unique shopping, dining, entertainment, and wellness offerings in the region," General Manager Steve Willshaw said. "In fact, 45 percent of our existing businesses are unique to the greater Dayton area.”
The Greene anticipates more announcements by year-end, including a potentially new development project on the horizon.
“As we look beyond the first six months of this year and continuing demand,” Willshaw said, “there is the distinct possibility of developing and pre-leasing another 40,000 square feet of available, premium space.”
