Question of the Day
Do you think drunk drivers convicted for a first offense should be required to use ignition interlocks?
Comment: Most definitely, if y0ur dumb enough to drink and drive then you should have an interlock. from Laura/Ohio by Jennifer
Comment: Everyone knows it is illegal and there is no excuse for Endangering the public. You should also have to attend a class and view morgue photos from Impaired driving accidents, have restricted driving privileges for three months and pay a Big Butt Fine. Oh, and the same for any Impaired driving conviction. NO EXCUSES! from Fairborn by Dave
Comment: YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look at the statistics of people killed or hurt by drunk drivers. from Dayton, OH by Tim B.
Comment: Should first time drug offenders submit to daily urinalysis if convicted of vandalism, to be allowed to walk in a park? Should first time speeders have a "governor" placed on their vehicle, so they cannot go over the speed limit? Statistics have shown 1st time DUI offenders are truly people that have a made a mistake, spending the kind of money involved on ignition interlock systems on people who are the least likely to repeat that same behavior is just as ridiculous. from Dayton, OH by Tim Flanagan
Comment: IT SHOULD BE BASED ON THE PERCENTAGE OF ALCOHOL REGISTERING DURING THE TEST AND WHETHER THEIR ACTIONS CAUSED HARM TO OTHERS. from sunny, downtown Fairborn by the ol' Man
