Question of the Day
Should Beavercreek be required to add RTA stops near the Mall at Fairfield Commons?
Comment: What is so important about the Fairfield Commons that bus service is needed? There are no job anywhere let alone there. Plus when do the people of Beavercreek get their rights listened to. They legally voted and said no, isn't that their right? Stop making everything about race, it is getting old. from Ohio by Sharon
Comment: more people, more money all school need help from dayton ohio by maurice
Comment: Seems like this mall will go downhill, too. The people of Beavercreek voted against it. What about their rights? It's Greene Country, not Montgomery County. from Dayton Ohio by Lee
Comment: i think it should! i'm in a hoveround and i think it would be better to get there if the bus stop was closer from dayton ohio by roy
Comment: Seems like all the malls near bust stops have been run down or gone out of business. If Beavercreek doesn't want them, then they shouldn't have to have them.
Comment: What gives then the right to just move in when the citizens of Beavercreek have rejected it. What happened to the voting rights of the citizens? from Beavercreek OH by Katie
Comment: yes they should it will help alot of people who live far who want to go to the mall and cant drive from dayton ohio by colin
Comment: It is a smart move economically, but after all it is Greene County, not Montgomery County . from Huber Heights/OH by Steve
Comment: As a resident of Beavercreek, I do not want RTA stops near the Mall at Fairfield Commons. It has nothing to do with discrimination as the members of Leaders for Equality and Action in Dayton (LEAD) try to claim and everything to do with traffic and crime. The Mall already has a huge crime rate and trying to drive in that area is already difficult. Public busing will only add to the problem. A community should have the right to decide and based on the results of this poll I think Beavercreek votes no. from Beavercreek/Ohio by Amanda
Comment: Who has the right to tell Beavercreek what they have to do except the citizens of Beavercreek. Everyone else should keep their nose out of it. from Beavercreek, OH by Marvin
