Toddler Caught on Tape Smoking Pot

A young Ohio toddler smoking marijuana is caught on tape. It was apparently captured by the girl's mother with a cell phone camera last month. You can hear 21-year-old Jessica Gamble in the background instructing her two year old daughter on what to do.

Prosecutors say Gamble sent the video to a friend who sent it to Children's Services. They believe it's not the first time the toddler smoked a joint.

Gamble now faces child endangerment charges and faces a maximum penalty of 11.5 years in jail if she is convicted.
